(Rutland Water SC,

John Merricks Sailing Trust,
Website: http://www.jmst
.org.uk
The highlight of the winter sailing and social calendars, esp. for 420s. Since John Merricks & Ian Lovering won in 1994, 65%+ winning sailors have been 420 sailors and 50% of the winning boats 420s. The black tie dinner is highlight of the winter….so very much a John Merricks affair! And in 2012, the 420 Class has to defend the Junior title won by Chris Taylor & Caroline Croft in 2011.
