Imogen & Hermione Stanley 2^nd overall & 1^st Women at Blanes

Imogen & Hermione led the Women and took 2nd overall, after two 2nds on the last day of the Gran Prix at Blanes. Brian Kelleher & Tim O Laorie were 9th. Apparently veteran 420 super-coach, Tom Saunt, broke his post-Olympic sabbatical to collect the IRL/GBR Club prize. Our special correspondent during the event reports that she foresook her balcony for the beach today! Made some remarks about below freezing temperatures at home which we ignored! The sailors report on great welcome and hospitality at Blanes (they even waived the entry fees for overseas entrants!), particularly the daily free food after sailing (we have heard about this in previous years).
