- lead their fleets on Day 1 in Weymouth Bay

The first Selector of the three-event series, and an Open event in its own right, got underway today at WPNSA, with four races in the can.

There are two sets of results, of course – the Open event and the start of the cumulative Selector Series. Phil Sparks and BEN Gratton lead; Matt Rainback & Simon Foskett are 2nd and Ben Palmer & Konrad Weaver 3rd. Stephen Tiernan and Dermott McMorrough (4th overall) lead a large Irish fleet, while Becca Kalderon & Rosie Sibthorp (5th overall) are first women, from Imogen & Hermione Stanley and Joanna Freeman & Hannah Mitchell.
